Enjoy a full 12-month warranty on all our products. Registering your product on our website adds an extra 6 months for FREE, extending your coverage to 18 months.

Warranty Disclaimer
We assure you that our products you purchase will be free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. However, please note that loss, theft, and damage due to natural wear and tear, improper use, accidents, disassembly, modification, or improper maintenance are not covered by the warranty. If we determine that there is a defect in the manufacturing, materials, or workmanship of the product, we will either repair or exchange the product with the same or a similar model of equal value. Please feel free to reach out to us if you require any assistance.

 1. Conditions of return

(1) Return period: All returns must be returned within 30 days from the day you have received your order.
(2) Applicable circumstances for return :
Merchandise eligible for return or exchange must be:
– New, unused, and in original condition;
– Inclusive of all original hangtags, packaging, and components at the time of return.
– Receipt and proof of purchase
The following returns are not acceptable:
Returns that are damaged
Returns with stains that are difficult to remove
Returns with pungent smell
Returns with missing parts
Returns that are not requested before

2. The return process
Step 1: You must first contact us. You can contact us via email at wofolife@outlook.com and provide us with the order number and the reason for the return. We will process the return request and reply to the processing result within 48 hours. If your return is accepted, we will send you the return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without prior request for return are not accepted.
Step 2: After the customer receives the response of the processing result, send it back and tell us the tracking number.

3. Shipping fee for return
Customers are responsible for returning the item(s) at their own expense. We do not provide a pre-paid return label to return your package. Please make sure to ship your package with a tracking number, signed delivery, and/or insurance, as WOFOLiFE is not held responsible for any lost returns.

4.Refund:

(1) After the we receives the returned product, it will take 3 days to process it. If there is no problem with the returned product, the refund will be received within 3 days.
(2) What to do if the refund is not received:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
