1.Please verify you have the correct shipping address on your order PRIOR to making payment as this is the address we will ship to.
2.When encountering force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed in a fast manner when weather permits.
3.We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products are not damaged, If the item is damaged in transit, please immediately contact us at within 3 business days after receiving shipping.


1.Why have I not received an order confirmation by email?
Sometimes our emails take a couple of minutes to be sent or sometimes they land in the SPAM folder.

Please check all of your email folders again in 30 minutes - if you still haven't received your confirmation, email, and we'll be happy to confirm your order and resend the confirmation email.

2. My address is written incorrectly in the order confirmation - what can I do?
Please contact as soon as possible. It is worth noting that whatever change you want is acceptable before we ship the item out of the warehouse, but we cannot change any shipping information after we finish the shipment.
